It’s all about appreciation! One would never be whole as a human being without that little spark of admiration for creative work. A perfect movie or a heartfelt song usually does the trick for me!

Garden strolls are one of my favorite things to do at home. I step outside not knowing what I might find, but usually there’s always something new and interesting to see and learn right under my nose!!!

Travel

What better way to treat your soul than to be in motion whenever you can; to see wonderful things, to be adventurous, to be at peace. However it’s all about the journey rather than the destination!
